  • Change rooms are temporarily closed

How do I select my region?

Our homepage now automatically directs you from to the appropriate OVO region that ships to your geographical location.

What currency are your prices in?

Prices are displayed in pound sterling (GBP).

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 5 additional business days on top of delivery times for order processing and verification on top of delivery times specified in the SHIPPING section.

Please note that select merchandise may have a higher shipping cost. These costs will be specified on the product page.

I placed an order and received an email saying the item(s) were out of stock

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I tried to place and order and my credit card declined or gave me an error

Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card or try again with another card. This error has ocurred because the bank has decided not to accept payment and cannot be resolved on our end.

How do I create an account?

Click the Join/Login link located in the navigation bar. After choosing to Join Now and entering details an account activation email will be sent. Click the Activate your account button in the email and confirm your password and you are all set.

Registering an account allows for faster checkout and other tracking benefits and you will be the first to know about new product arrivals.

How do I register for the newsletter?

Fill in your email in the Subscribe section at the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. After accepting the confirmation you will be subscribed to the mailing list and will receive communications from us letting you know about the latest product launches and restocks.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten or wish to change your password, click the Forgot your password? link located at the bottom of the login page and enter your email. You must be logged out to navigate here. A password reset email will be sent. Click the link in the email and choose your new password.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept Paypal, Visa debit or Master Card debit.

Can you mark my order as a gift?

We are unable to mark any orders as a gift.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Please note, returns are permitted for refund of product only; original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return item(s) must be shipped at the customer's expense in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

To return item(s) please ship products to the following address listed below with a copy of the original invoice. Additionally, we ask that you fill out this form stating the reason for the return and submit it to Customer Service.

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We will not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Please note, item(s) returned must be in perfect condition or refund will not be granted.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please continue to check our web store frequently for new releases.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and full name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When are particular items released?

By creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our mailing list, you will receive exclusive product release related news.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we may re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Am I responsible for the Taxes and Duties added to my order?

That is correct. We are not responsible for any import/customs and/or duties & taxes applied to your order.

Why can I only buy one size of each product?

Due to limited quantities, each customer is permitted to purchase one size of each product.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing multiple sizes of the same product.
