WHAT PROTECTIVE MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING FOR COVID-19?
The health and safety of our community is our top priority. We have implemented several company-wide safety measures for the protection of our employees, partners, and customers. We continue to closely monitor the evolving covid-19 public health guidelines.
The following health and safety measures have been implemented in all our stores:
- Reduced store occupancy
- Floor markers to illustrate proper social distancing
- Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers available for customer use
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting of frequent contact surfaces
- Cleaning and disinfecting of cash desks and payment terminals after each use
- Contactless and digital payments available
- Team members and customers are required to wear appropriate masks or face coverings
- Change rooms are temporarily closed
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.
Due to the resurgence of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of our distribution centre employees, there may be delays in processing and delivering your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE?
Return items must be shipped in new condition with all original tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
For hygienic reasons, all undergarments are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Refund will be for the amount paid for the product only. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.

Please ensure that the billing address is consistent with your bank’s records. Otherwise, you will need to contact your bank/credit card provider as we cannot resolve credit card issues on our end.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
Orders placed by customers residing in Europe will be charged in Pound Stirling (GBP).
